Meshia has two plans:

The trial lets you inspect the product and start with limited no-card usage. Production GPU and agent calls require an active Pro billing profile so usage can be charged securely.

Usage billing

Pro includes the subscription, then GPU compute and agent calls are metered on top. Meshia charges each $100 usage threshold as it is reached and settles any remaining monthly balance at month end.

Usage amounts are calculated by Meshia's server-side ledger from provider responses and compute runtime. Stopped sessions do not accrue GPU time; if Meshia retains a workspace volume for recovery, storage is billed separately from compute.

How to upgrade

Go to Settings > Billing or the Pricing page. Click Upgrade to Pro. You'll be redirected to Stripe to enter payment details. Your plan activates immediately.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime from Settings > Billing. Your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. After that, you revert to Trial limits. Your data is never deleted.

Refunds

If you cancel within the first 7 days of a billing cycle and haven't used more than 2 hours of GPU time, we'll refund the subscription fee. Email harsha@meshia.io with your account email and we'll process it within 2 business days.
