Terms of Service

Last updated: April 11, 2026

1. Who we are

Meshia is a managed GPU compute service operated as part of Meshia Labs. When these terms say “we” or “us,” we mean Meshia. When they say “you,” we mean the person or organization using the service at run.meshia.io.

2. What you're agreeing to

By creating an account or using Meshia, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

3. The service

Meshia gives you a remote GPU pod and an AI agent that can run code, manage files, and execute experiments inside that pod. The compute itself is provisioned through third-party GPU infrastructure. The agent is built on Anthropic's Claude. We use both providers subject to their respective terms.

4. Acceptable use

You can use Meshia for any lawful purpose. You may not use it to:

  • train, fine-tune, or run models that generate child sexual abuse material
  • generate malware, phishing pages, or material whose primary purpose is fraud
  • infringe someone else's copyright, trademark, or patent rights
  • attempt to compromise other users' pods or access their data
  • mine cryptocurrency at scale (we will terminate the pod and your account)
  • resell raw GPU access without telling us first

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.

5. Plans and payment

Trial accounts are free and capped at one active project. Pro accounts are $500 per month, billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

See our refund policy for refund eligibility.

6. Your data and your code

Anything you upload to Meshia, anything the agent writes on your behalf, and any model outputs you generate belong to you. We don't use your data to train models, sell it to third parties, or read your conversations with the agent except when debugging an issue you specifically asked us to fix.

Workspace state in persistent storage is retained for as long as the associated session exists, plus 30 days after you delete it. After that we wipe the workspace. Trial accounts have a 7-day inactivity wipe.

7. Service availability

We try hard to keep Meshia running. We don't promise it will be available 100% of the time. Underlying GPU availability depends on upstream infrastructure, and we cannot guarantee any specific GPU type will be in stock at any given moment. If your work depends on a specific GPU we don't have in stock, you should reach out before paying for Pro.

8. Liability

The service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Our total liability for any claim related to Meshia will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

9. Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we'll email you and update the date at the top of this page at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

11. Contact

Questions about these terms, an account issue, or a compliance request go to terms@meshia.io. We read every email.
