Refund Policy

The short version
If your first month of Meshia Pro doesn't work for you, we'll refund it. After that, we don't prorate refunds for partial months, but you can cancel at any time and you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
First-month refund
We'll refund your first Pro charge in full if you ask within 14 days of the charge AND you've consumed less than 20 hours of GPU time. Real first-month money-back guarantee, no questions asked. Email harsha@meshia.io from the address on your account and we'll process the refund within 3 business days.
Subsequent months
For Pro subscriptions after the first month, we don't prorate or refund partial months. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard and you'll keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period. You won't be charged again.
Service-side issues
If Meshia is materially broken for an extended period (multi-hour outage, broken core feature, lost data we caused) we'll proactively credit or refund the affected portion of your bill. You don't have to ask. We'll email you.
How to request a refund
Email harsha@meshia.io from the email address on your Meshia account. Tell us which charge you're asking about and why. We don't need a long explanation. Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe within 5-10 business days depending on your card issuer.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing issue, please email us first. Filing a chargeback before contacting us results in account suspension and we may decline future business with the chargeback'd account. A direct refund is faster and easier for both of us.
